Pro Boys Playoffs - 1st Round

#2 Knicks 27 - #7 Jazz 17

With the wind swirling and the tensions high the Jazz jumped all over the Knicks. With Jamie Wilkins, 2 pts 3 rebs, patrolling the paint and Jake Salamida 3 pts, taking it to the rim the Jazz went into half time with a lead. Kyle Higgins was top scorer for the Jazz with 4 pts. The second half was all Knickerbockers, with Dario and Raphi Medrano taking over combining for 19 pts. Juan Fernandez, Jacob Channen, Andrew Barbuzzi, and Jeff Tracchia each scored 2 pts for the winning Knicks.

#3 Lakers 35 - #6 Warriors 32

Kyle Reardon just too much for the Warriors. The Warriors duo of big men Jeff Peres, 6 pts, and John Walsh, 7 pts, played great in the loss. Kyle Reardon scored 19 pts, had 5 rebs and 4 blks, propelling his team to victory. lead scorers for the Warriors were Brendan Broderick and Alberto who each had 9 pts. Connor Reardon played big with 3 blocks and 3 rebs to go with 1 free throw. Danny Moya got the team off to a nice start going for 7 pts in the opening frame.

#5 Spurs 37 - #4 Suns

The afternoon belonged to Big Billy Garey who scored 16 pts, 11 rebs, 1 stl and 1 blk for the Spurs.Randy Valero and Chris Bozarjian paired up all seaon to lead the Suns to their seeding but combined for only 16 pts (8 each) in the playoff loss. Matt Lee was the only inside presence for the Suns scoring 6 pts and picking up 5 rebs. Jordan had 10 pts for the Spurs followed by Brad Skeffington’s 9 pts.

#1 Celtics 30 - #8 Raptors 20

The Celtics just kept rolling through the league with there big three leading the way. Ariel Almonte produced from the wing scoring 12 pts, Josh Sanchez was beasting people inside with 10 pts and the MAestro Brad Daigle quarterbacked the whole operation with 5 assts and 4 pts. Jessie Valero had 10 pts to lead the Raptors with Marvin Baez and Greg Speliotis each scoring 5 pts. the fourth leaf of the clover, Lenny Baez, scored 4 pts for the Celtics.
