Pro Boys - July 30

Celtics 29 - Spurs 28

With a chance to win the game at the buzzer the Spurs missed an easy oppurtunity to win. Brad Skeffington scored 6pts and edwin Demoya 11pts to lead their Spurs. Wiley veterans Brad Daigle 8pts, Ariel Almonte 5pts and Josh Sanchez 6pts just out lasted the younger Spurs.

Suns 46 - Raptors 31

The remaining Raptors played vigilantly against the overpowering Suns. Criss Bozarjian 14pts and Randy Valero 9pts all three-pointers shined for their team along with Andres Deschenes and his 6pts. Marvin Baez, Kelly Abreu, Nick Dullea and Alvin Rodriguez all showed great heart on the court, finishing the game strongly.

Lakers 39 - Jazz 38

The Jazz were in control most of the way thanks to the stellar play of Edwin Guzman and Jake Salamida who each scored 12pts. Figgy also lit it up for the Jazz with 10pts but the lakers were more focused and stayed close enough to strike when it mattered. Kyle Reardon had a monster game with 21pts 6rbs and an intimidating block in the last couple minutes of the game. However he could not do it alone, in fact it was Jeremy Daley 14pts who sunk the game winning shot at the buzzer to give his team the victory.

Knicks 41 - Warriors 28

Responding to their lone defeat last week the Knicks came out prepared to prove they belong on top of the league against the Warriors. Dario and Raphi Medrano combined for 25 pts to go along with 4 assists for the latter. Tyler Middleton drained two 3-pointers for his team. Jeff Peres and Juan Juan played strong inside for the Warriors but didn’t have enough to hand the Knicks their second loss in as many weeks.
